Corn Dip

1 stick butter
2 packages cream cheese
2 cans drained corn
jalapenos to taste - Sarah Tolman says they use a jar of pickled jalapenos -I love their version

Yea, you just use chips for this dip. It is FANTASTIC! and slightly fattening I am sure ;)
